Observation

During the course of interviews and after reviewing attendence records, it was determined that the maximum group size allowed for toddlers and preschoolers was exceeded on 9/6/22 and 9/7/22. According to attendence records, the toddler classroom had 16 kids in the classroom on 9/6; and 16 kids in the classroom on 9/7. According to attendence records, the preschool classroom had 23 kids in the classroom on 9/6; and 24 kids in the classroom on 9/7.
